M1/M2 internship in cognitive psychology (Nantes, France, 3-5 months)

The Laboratory of Psychology of the University of Nantes (Laboratoire de Psychologie des Pays de la Loire, LPPL, UR 4638) is offering a master 1 or master 2 internship position for the designing and developing of a tool for the evaluation and remediation of prospective memory in neurological/psychiatric pathologies.

Within a multidisciplinary team (psychology and digital sciences) specialized in the design of virtual reality devices for the evaluation of cognitive functions, the trainee will contribute to the design and development of a test, in a virtual environment, intended to evaluate the functioning/dysfunctioning of prospective memory (remembering to perform an action in the future) of adult subjects.

The internship can last from 3 to 5 months.

The project is supervised by Frédérique Robin (LPPL) and Thibault Deschamps (MIP) and is part of the ELIT (Elaborating Interdisciplinarity with SHH) research network. It benefits from an ELIT scholarship.

Requirements

The trainee must have knowledge of cognitive psychology, methodology and statistics, and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team. He/she may be associated with a trainee developing new technologies in virtual reality.
