Pint of science, It’s the pleasure to learn more about science, while enjoying a good beer. Bordeaux is now part of the strong players of this international festival, but we must not forget that Bordeaux have also a strong wine culture. This year we decided to give you mouth water (or rather wine) as early as January with our first special event on the elaboration and tasting of the wine as well as on the effects following its consumption. Dr. Axel Marchal, master of conference in oenology at the University of Bordeaux, and Professor Jean Saric, a surgeon specializing in liver and winegrowers, shared their passion for science and wine with you following by wine tasting.
