The main topic of the PhD course will be the neuropsychopharmacology and neurobiology of addiction and motivated behaviour. In addition, we have lines of research on the neurobiology of consciousness and empathy. The new PhD students will join a multidisciplinary team composed of people with background in neuroscience, molecular biology, philosophy, psychology, and physics. A background in any biomedical field is welcome but not mandatory. In line with the multidisciplinarity of our team, full consideration will be given to applicants from any field.
